A good example of early 20th Century architecture, this building is well known to older Waihi residents as the dentist's rooms. They were situated on the upper floor and the plaque can still be seen by the door to the stairs. The building initially housed Cranwell dentists from 1904 before it became Cranwell and Cranwell, then E Wilson and then Bruce Wilson, before sitting empty for a period.
